Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will drive impactful projects focused on implementation, enhancement, and support. This role requires a strategic thinker adept at translating business needs into robust D365 F&O solutions.

As a Senior Consultant, you will independently manage functional workstreams, lead crucial workshops, and provide expert guidance to junior team members. Your expertise will be vital in analyzing complex requirements and ensuring successful project outcomes within the Emerging ERP Solutions landscape.

Key responsibilities include meticulously gathering and analyzing business requirements, understanding stakeholder needs, and identifying functional gaps within standard D365 F&O. You will be instrumental in configuring D365 F&O modules such as Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Production Control, and Master Planning.

Furthermore, you will craft detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs), prepare functional specifications for customizations, and develop comprehensive test cases for unit, functional, SIT, and UAT phases. Supporting data migration using D365 F&O DMF and collaborating with technical teams for integrations are also core functions. Post-implementation, you will analyze and resolve production issues, provide hypercare support, and identify opportunities for process optimization.

We are seeking experienced D365 F&O SCM Consultants with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, coupled with hands-on D365 F&O configuration expertise, is essential. Proficiency in Procurement & Sourcing and Inventory Management is required, with knowledge of Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning/MRP being advantageous.

Successful candidates will possess the ability to prepare FDDs and functional documentation, demonstrate good understanding of integrations and data mapping, and exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities are crucial for this role. Experience with AX 2012 R2/R3, Advanced Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Jewellery, or Distribution industries, along with Azure DevOps and LCS knowledge, are considered preferred assets.
