Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role is central to implementing, enhancing, and supporting D365 F&O solutions for our clients.

You will play a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into functional configurations, documenting solutions, and collaborating with both business and technical experts. Key responsibilities include leading requirement gathering workshops, conducting in-depth business process analysis, and identifying functional gaps within D365 F&O.

You will be responsible for hands-on configuration across various SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Production Control. Developing comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs) and supporting all testing phases (unit, functional, SIT, UAT) are also crucial aspects of this role.

Furthermore, you will contribute to data migration strategies using the Data Management Framework (DMF) and support integration efforts. Providing functional solutions for production issues and guiding junior consultants in their development are integral to your success.

We seek a seasoned professional with over 6 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O SCM, demonstrating a strong command of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Proficiency in D365 F&O configuration, particularly in Procurement & Sourcing and Inventory Management, is essential. Experience with Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning/MRP is highly advantageous.

Essential skills include the ability to prepare FDDs, functional documentation, and a solid understanding of integrations and data mapping. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are paramount for success in this senior role.
