Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role focuses on implementing, enhancing, and supporting complex ERP solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will independently manage key functional workstreams, lead engaging workshops, and provide expert guidance to junior team members. Your analytical prowess will be essential in dissecting complex requirements and shaping effective solutions. This role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to make a significant impact in the ERP consulting space.

Key responsibilities include expertly gathering and analyzing business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops. You will conduct fit-gap analyses, design end-to-end SCM solutions, and prepare detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and functional specifications. Configuration of D365 F&O modules such as Product Information Management, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, Production Control, and Master Planning is central to this role.

You will also prepare comprehensive test cases, execute various testing phases (unit, functional, SIT, UAT), and meticulously analyze and document defects. Supporting data migration using the D365 F&O Data Management Framework (DMF) and validating migrated data are critical tasks. Additionally, you will assist in integration development and testing, troubleshoot production issues, and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Furthermore, this position involves guiding and mentoring junior consultants, managing project tasks, estimating effort, and effectively communicating functional risks and dependencies. You will also conduct solution walkthroughs and knowledge-transfer sessions to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM. A strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes and proven expertise in D365 F&O configuration are essential. Solid knowledge of Procurement & Sourcing and Inventory Management is required.

Experience with Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning/MRP is highly preferred, as is familiarity with D365 F&O workflows and the Data Management Framework (DMF). The ability to create FDDs and functional documentation, coupled with a good understanding of integrations and functional data mapping, is crucial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount for success in this role.
