Join our Emerging ERP Solutions team as a Senior Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Functional SCM. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead SCM functional workstreams, meticulously design solutions, and guide junior consultants through implementation and support phases. Your expertise will directly contribute to our clients' long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include spearheading business workshops and requirement analysis, performing solution design and Fit-Gap analysis, and configuring core SCM modules such as Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Master Planning.

You will also be responsible for developing and reviewing Functional and Solution Design Documents, designing system integrations, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client demonstrations. Additionally, providing critical support during go-live and hypercare, mentoring junior team members through training, and contributing to internal asset development and presales activities are integral parts of this role.

We are looking for candidates with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly with deep expertise in Warehouse Management, Master Planning, Landed Cost, and Transportation Management.

A B.Tech/BE degree or any graduation is preferred, along with certification in “Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.” Understanding and experience with ERP integrations, including design and development, are essential. Exposure to Copilot and AI agents is a plus, and experience with Indian Localization is optional.
