Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Functional SCM. This role is central to driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology solutions. You will lead critical SCM workstreams, shape solution designs, and provide invaluable mentorship to junior consultants.

Lead SCM functional workstreams, guiding solution design and mentoring junior team members throughout implementation and support cycles.

Key duties include conducting business workshops, requirement analysis, and performing Fit-Gap assessments. You will configure modules like Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Sales and Marketing, Advanced Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Landed Cost, and Master Planning.

Prepare comprehensive Functional and Solution Design Documents, design system integrations, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client demonstrations. Support data migration strategies, cutover planning, and provide leadership during go-live and hypercare phases. Mentor and train junior consultants through dedicated sessions and assist with internal asset development and presales activities.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. A B.Tech/BE degree or any graduation is preferred.

Demonstrate strong expertise in core SCM modules including Warehouse Management, Master Planning, Landed Cost, and Transportation Management. Candidates should ideally hold the "Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate" certification.

Possess a solid understanding of ERP integrations, with proven experience in integration design and development. Familiarity with Copilot and AI agents is a plus. Experience with Indian Localization is considered optional but advantageous.
