Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Functional Finance. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation through cutting-edge ERP solutions. This role is key to implementing and optimizing financial processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supporting our long-term growth initiatives.

Implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets. Collaborate with functional and technical team members to ensure timely and successful implementations. Lead requirement gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases for the D365 Finance module suite.

Manage project aspects such as timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure seamless data flow between financial modules and other business processes, and integrate D365 F&O with other systems. Experience with rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and FastTrack go-live assessments is essential. Proficiency in costing sheets and experience with incident management tools are also key.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, focusing on leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects as a Finance Consultant. This role demands flexibility with work hours and comfort with an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model, including potential travel.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, data migration, and deployments. The ability to manage requirements, scope, and risks effectively is crucial. Excellent client interaction, presentation, and communication skills are expected, along with experience in managing stakeholder expectations and working within multi-vendor environments.
