You will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for our clients, driving functional excellence and innovation in enterprise technology. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets. You'll collaborate with project teams, lead requirements gathering, analysis, design, and testing phases for the D365 Finance module suite. Key tasks include managing rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. You will also be responsible for managing project aspects like timelines and resources, and effectively handling client interactions and stakeholder expectations.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects as a Functional Finance Consultant. A strong understanding of D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes is essential, alongside experience in Data Migration, Data Management, and deployments. Proficiency in working with incident management tools, excellent client interaction skills, and the ability to manage risks and scope are required. Candidates must be flexible with work hours and comfortable with an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model, including potential travel. Any Graduate degree is a prerequisite for this role.
