This role is crucial for leading and managing implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, driving functional excellence and innovation. Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects as a dedicated Finance Consultant, focusing on D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes. This includes overseeing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.

Collaborate closely with functional and technical project members to guarantee timely and successful implementations. Drive requirement gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases for the D365 Finance module suite. Manage rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and data management activities.

Ensure seamless data flow between financial modules and other business processes by integrating D365 F&O with other systems. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. Possess a strong understanding of costing sheets within D365 Finance and Operations and experience with incident management tools.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects as a Finance Consultant. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in B Com, BBA, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.

Key capabilities include managing requirements, scope, and risks, identifying issues, and developing solutions. Excellent client interaction, stakeholder expectation management, and presentation skills are essential. Experience in multi-vendor environments and flexibility with work hours, including the Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model and potential travel, are also necessary.
