As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Developing enterprise technology strategies aligned with business goals. - Assessing current IT capabilities and defining future-state roadmaps. - Supporting large-scale digital, cloud, data, and IT transformation programs. - Conducting technology landscape assessments and identifying optimization opportunities. - Advising senior executives on technology investment priorities. - Designing and implementing IT operating models, governance structures, and decision rights. - Facilitating workshops to gather and validate business requirements. - Building business cases and financial models for strategic investments. - Managing workstreams within complex transformation programs and engaging with senior client stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or IT transformation. - Demonstrated success in delivering technology and business transformation engagements. - Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership. - Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Healthcare, or Public Sector. - Mandatory business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent). - Business-level English communication skills. - Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities. - The capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
