Join our Capital Projects team as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring seamless planning, monitoring, and coordination.

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide end-to-end support, from initial planning through to project completion, involving critical inter-discipline coordination and resource management.

Prepare integrated L3 schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, with a strong emphasis on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints, and resource requirements. Conduct thorough schedule analysis to identify potential delays and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with contractors to review progress, address concerns, and implement corrective actions. Ensure seamless inter-discipline and inter-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Support project contract management by aligning contractual terms with project objectives and monitor contractor performance.

A B.Tech degree is required for this position. Proficiency in project scheduling software like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is essential.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for schedule analysis and mitigation planning. Experience in supporting project contract management and contractor performance monitoring is also necessary. Excellent communication skills are beneficial for stakeholder reporting and discussion management.
