We are seeking a seasoned Senior Camunda Developer with 5 to 8 years of robust software development experience. This role demands hands-on expertise in workflow automation, BPMN, microservices, and enterprise integration.

You will be instrumental in designing and implementing intricate business processes using Camunda, collaborating closely with architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable workflow solutions. This is an opportunity to own critical aspects of workflow automation from conception to deployment and support.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing complex business workflows with Camunda 8 and BPMN 2.0, incorporating service tasks, user tasks, gateways, and various event types. You will build Java/Spring Boot workers and microservices, design REST and event-driven integrations, and connect Camunda with enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.

Furthermore, you will develop DMN-based decisions, implement robust error handling strategies, and analyze process performance. This role involves working with Camunda operational tools, automating deployments via CI/CD, participating in design discussions, defining patterns, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Collaboration with DevOps on cloud deployments and production support is also essential.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years in software development is required, with strong, practical experience in Camunda (preferably Camunda 8) and a solid understanding of BPMN 2.0.

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs is crucial. Experience with asynchronous/event-driven architectures, Kafka or similar messaging technologies, SQL, relational databases, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is necessary. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, and production troubleshooting is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree in technology is expected for this role.
