Join our team as a Senior Calypso Consultant in Delhi, focusing on Hybrid Cloud Engineering. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define accounting requirements and translate them into actionable development user stories. You will leverage your deep Calypso Accounting expertise to design and configure solutions that precisely meet business needs.

Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive solution documentation, including detailed process flows, to ensure alignment and buy-in from all parties. Close partnership with the Calypso Development and QA teams is crucial for delivering high-quality, business-aligned functionality and establishing automated regression testing.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a proven ability to quickly understand business objectives and processes, fostering trust and credibility. Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a solid understanding of Agile/SAFe software development practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather accounting requirements, documenting development user stories and acceptance criteria. Design and configure tailored Calypso solutions using extensive domain expertise. Create detailed current and future state solution documentation, including process flow diagrams, to secure stakeholder buy-in. Work closely with development teams to ensure delivered functionality meets back-office business requirements. Partner with QA teams to develop and execute test cases, ensuring accuracy and quality. Establish automated regression testing coverage with Automation Engineers. Provide training, support, and procedural documentation for Calypso business users.

Possess over 6 years of experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into development user stories. Demonstrate initiative in understanding existing business processes, system integrations, and dependencies. Ability to quickly grasp business concepts and establish credibility with stakeholders. Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of Agile/SAFe software development practices.

Extensive Calypso BA experience, particularly in Accounting, including upgrade projects and legacy application migrations. Experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onwards (ideally V17/V18). Familiarity with implementing and supporting Calypso Modules FO, MO, and BO, including workflow customization. Experience interacting with external systems like front offices (e.g., K+, Summit, Sigma, Murex), confirmation gateways (SWIFT), matching systems (Accord, Tram, CityNet), and accounting systems. In-depth experience with Calypso areas such as Bonds, Swaps, Money Market, Advances, Letters of Credit, Equity, Workflows & SDIs, Accounting, Task Station, Corporate Actions, Scheduled Tasks, ERS, Reporting, and Static & Reference Data.

Proficiency in Derivatives and fixed income, with the ability to articulate their workings and lifecycle events. Knowledge of Derivatives Clearing affirmation processes.
