Seeking a Senior Calypso Consultant to collaborate with stakeholders, gathering accounting requirements and documenting user stories. Leverage extensive Calypso Accounting domain expertise to design and configure tailored solutions. This role involves creating detailed solution documentation, including process flow diagrams, and working closely with development and QA teams to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs and provides significant value.

Responsibilities also include assisting with automated regression testing, actively participating in functional testing, and providing training, support, and documentation for Calypso business users. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a knack for understanding existing business processes and system integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Accounting requirements and document user stories. - Design and configure Calypso solutions based on business needs. - Create detailed solution documentation and process flow diagrams. - Work with development teams to ensure delivered functionality meets back-office requirements. - Partner with QA teams for test case development and execution. - Support the establishment of automated regression testing. - Actively participate in functional testing. - Provide training and support to Calypso business users.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into development user stories. - Strong understanding of business concepts, objectives, and processes. - Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of Agile/SAFe software development practices. - Extensive Calypso BA experience, particularly in Accounting, upgrades, and legacy migrations. - Experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onwards (ideally V17/V18). - Experience implementing and supporting Calypso Modules (FO, MO, BO) including workflow customization. - Familiarity with external systems like K+, Summit, Sigma, Murex, SWIFT, Accord, Tram & CityNet, and various accounting systems. - In-depth experience with Calypso modules including Bonds, Swaps, Money Market, Advances, Letters of Credit, Equity, Workflows & SDIs, Accounting, Task Station, Corporate Actions, Scheduled Tasks, ERS, Reporting, and Static & Reference Data. - Proficiency in Derivatives and Fixed Income, understanding their lifecycle events. - Knowledge of Derivatives Clearing affirmation processes.
