As an Oracle Functional Analyst, you will be pivotal in supporting and enhancing our Oracle Fusion HCM platform, concentrating on Payroll, Core HR, and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) solutions.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Product, and Technology teams to craft scalable solutions, provide production support, and drive quarterly release readiness. Your expertise will expand Redwood and AI-enabled user experiences across the Oracle HCM ecosystem. Key duties include functional design, configuration, UAT, troubleshooting, and championing continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance with company policies.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in business systems analysis or ERP implementation. A minimum of 5 years configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud HR and Payroll is essential.

Demonstrated experience is required in root-cause analysis for complex Payroll issues (3+ years) and implementing Redwood user experiences and VBS solutions within Oracle HCM (2+ years). Proficiency with Oracle Time & Labor and Absence modules, alongside experience in coordinating UAT and supporting Oracle Cloud release upgrades, is necessary.
