Seeking an experienced SAP Business/Data Consultant to join our DSA practice in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in connecting business strategy with technical execution across supply chain and logistics operations. You will architect scalable BI frameworks, lead high-performing analytical teams, and oversee end-to-end project delivery to optimize operations and costs through SAP and integrated analytics platforms.

Translate complex business objectives into robust technical frameworks and BI solution architectures. Design, build, and deploy advanced dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Google Data Studio and Google Plx, incorporating AI capabilities with Google Gemini. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and modeling. Author detailed technical documentation, including BRDs and technical designs.

Interface directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Conduct market research to generate actionable marketing intelligence and competitive analysis. Leverage SAP SDLC to drive process optimization and cost reduction in BI reporting solutions.

Lead project coordination, manage timelines, and define key milestones. Track project health metrics and ensure alignment with client objectives. Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to process improvement initiatives within SAP Logistics & Supply Chain operations.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required, coupled with 4-8 years of relevant experience. Domain expertise in Analytics and Process/Project Management within SAP is essential, with at least 2 years of specific domain experience.

Core competencies include proficiency with SAP tools, Google Suite applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms), and familiarity with programming best practices. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, work with large datasets, and demonstrate keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills are paramount.
