You will possess a strong understanding of SOX compliance frameworks, including control design, testing, and documentation. Conducting business process reviews to pinpoint gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement will be a key aspect of your work. Evaluating process and control risks to support effective risk assessment and remediation planning is crucial. You will apply general consulting methodologies to structure analyses, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA, or CIA, coupled with at least five years of relevant experience.
