The CNS - Risk - Process & Controls team specifically assists clients in identifying and managing risks, ensuring their ability to meet future business objectives. This includes focusing on Enterprise Risk & Resilience, Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk.

Leverage strong consulting capabilities with experience in business risk and process & controls engagements within TMT environments. Analyze operational and risk data to pinpoint control gaps, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Utilize data analytics to prepare structured analyses and insights, supporting consulting recommendations.

Apply working knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and assessment in risk and control review activities. Exposure to AI/ML concepts for enhancing analytics, automation, and risk-focused solutions is advantageous. Lead a team of consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and client satisfaction.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a relevant educational background including Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Master of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, Master of Engineering in Electronics, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, Master of Science in Data Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or a Certification in Data Analytics.

Required experience includes a minimum of 2+ years in Data Analysis, 3+ years in Machine Learning, 6+ years in Project Management, 3+ years in Business Analysis, 3+ years in Financial Analysis, and 3+ years in Business Intelligence.
