We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Consulting Risk, Process & Controls within the TMT sector. This position is based in Gurgaon and involves transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on client-centric solutions to solve strategic problems and drive long-term value.

As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your strong consulting capabilities in business risk and process & controls engagements within TMT environments. You will analyze operational and risk data to pinpoint control gaps and process inefficiencies, developing actionable improvement opportunities. This role requires hands-on proficiency in preparing structured analyses using data analytics and communicating insights to support consulting recommendations. You will also work with SQL and Python for data extraction and risk review activities. Exposure to AI/ML concepts for enhanced analytics and automation is beneficial. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Master of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, Master of Engineering in Electronics, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, Master of Science in Data Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or a Certification in Data Analytics. Experience requirements include 2+ years in Data Analysis, 3+ years in Machine Learning, 6+ years in Project Management, 3+ years in Business Analysis, 3+ years in Financial Analysis, and 3+ years in Business Intelligence. You should be adept at collaborative work, possess a practical approach to problem-solving, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and creativity.
