This role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector focuses on Business Consulting, specifically in Risk, Process & Controls. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, develop agile strategies, and achieve operational excellence while protecting their data and brand.

Your key responsibilities will involve demonstrating technical expertise in telecom revenue assurance, including billing validation and revenue leakage monitoring.

You will be proficient in identifying fraud risks and anomalies through detailed process and controls reviews. The role requires analyzing disputes and supporting structured resolution of billing and revenue-related issues.

Collaboration is key; you'll work across teams and with customer stakeholders to validate findings and drive issue resolution. A strong understanding of control-driven consulting approaches within TMT risk and process environments is essential.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a Bachelor of Computer Applications.

A Master of Business Administration or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management is also required, along with a Certification in Data Analytics.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years in Technical Support, 3+ years in Customer Success Management, 3+ years in Business Intelligence, and 3+ years in Financial Analysis.
