Drive technical excellence in telecom revenue assurance, including billing validation and revenue leakage monitoring. Identify fraud risks and anomalies through detailed process and controls reviews. Analyze disputes and support structured resolution of billing and revenue-related issues. Collaborate across teams and with customer stakeholders to validate findings and resolve issues. Apply a strong understanding of control-driven consulting approaches within TMT risk and process environments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Master of Business Administration, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Certifications in Data Analytics are a plus. Relevant experience includes 2+ years in Technical Support, 3+ years in Customer Success Management, 3+ years in Business Intelligence, and 3+ years in Financial Analysis.
