Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks across Responsible AI dimensions such as bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, privacy, and security. You will conduct quantitative AI model testing and AI red teaming assessments, design and implement Responsible AI frameworks, and build automated AI validation and monitoring pipelines.

Additionally, you will implement model interpretability solutions, define and operationalize AI governance processes, and configure/deploy AI systems using MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps practices. Collaborating with cybersecurity and fraud teams to address AI-driven risks and translating regulations into technical requirements will be key.

You will also develop technical documentation, standards, and training materials to promote Responsible AI adoption across the organization. Effective communication of AI risks, controls, and business impacts to diverse stakeholders is essential.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, coupled with 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, AI risk, or AI governance. Hands-on experience with building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML systems in production is mandatory.

A strong understanding of Responsible AI risks and experience with quantitative AI testing frameworks and evaluation platforms are required. Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps/DevOps and CI/CD workflows is essential, as is the ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls.

Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional or client-facing teams are vital. Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, or safety assessments, along with collaboration with cybersecurity or enterprise risk teams, is highly valued. Familiarity with agentic AI systems and their associated risks is also preferred.
