This Senior Consultant role focuses on Digital Risk within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Central Nervous System (CNS) sectors. You will be instrumental in helping TMT companies navigate industry convergence, enhance customer experiences, and achieve operational excellence. Our approach emphasizes protecting data, brand, and reputation while driving strategic M&A and technological advancements.

As a Senior Consultant, you will identify and mitigate technical risks across Responsible AI dimensions, including bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, privacy, and model/data security. You will perform quantitative AI model testing and conduct AI red teaming assessments to uncover safety, security, and adversarial risks. Designing and implementing Responsible AI frameworks, building automated AI validation pipelines, and configuring AI systems in cloud and on-premise environments using MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps practices are key aspects of this role. You will also translate AI regulations into technical requirements and communicate AI risks and business impacts to diverse stakeholders.

We seek individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI risk/governance is required. Hands-on experience with production AI/ML systems, a strong understanding of Responsible AI risks, and familiarity with quantitative AI testing frameworks are essential. Proficiency in MLOps/LLMOps/DevOps and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls are crucial. Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional or client-facing teams are highly valued.
