Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks across Responsible AI, including bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, privacy, and model/data security. Perform quantitative AI model testing and conduct AI red teaming assessments to uncover safety, security, misuse, and adversarial risks. Design and implement Responsible AI frameworks, build automated AI validation and monitoring pipelines, and develop AI governance processes. Configure, deploy, and monitor AI systems using MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps practices, collaborating with cybersecurity and fraud teams. Translate AI regulations and ethical standards into technical requirements and controls, communicating AI risks and business impact to stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field is required. We seek candidates with 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI risk and governance.

Proven hands-on experience building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML systems in production is essential. A strong understanding of Responsible AI risks and familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps/DevOps are crucial.

Candidates must possess the ability to translate regulatory and governance requirements into actionable technical controls and demonstrate strong communication skills, including experience with cross-functional or client-facing teams. Experience with AI red teaming or safety assessments is highly desirable.
