As a Senior Consultant in AI Risk and Governance, your primary responsibilities will involve:

- Assessing and mitigating technical risks across Responsible AI dimensions like bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, privacy, and security. - Conducting quantitative AI model testing and AI red teaming assessments to uncover safety, security, and misuse risks. - Designing and implementing frameworks for bias detection, fairness evaluation, and robustness. - Building and maintaining automated AI validation, monitoring, and alerting pipelines. - Developing AI governance processes for model lifecycle management and change control. - Translating AI regulations and ethical standards into technical requirements and controls. - Communicating AI risks and business impacts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. - 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, AI risk, or AI governance. - Hands-on experience with building, testing, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML systems in production. - A strong understanding of Responsible AI risks and concepts. - Proficiency in MLOps/LLMOps/DevOps and CI/CD workflows for ML systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with agentic AI systems and their associated risks is a plus.
