This Senior Consultant role within National Business Consulting Risk (CNS) in Pune focuses on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovative solutions. We help clients navigate complex risks, ensuring long-term value by addressing their most strategic challenges. Our consulting practice spans Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services.

Lead large-scale thermal power projects, including greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and modernization initiatives, with strong PMO expertise. Establish robust project governance, implement stage-gate reviews, and standardize project control processes throughout the project lifecycle. Manage integrated planning, scheduling, cost control, resource allocation, and progress measurement for intricate capital projects.

Monitor project performance against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements using dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting. Coordinate effectively with EPC/EPCM firms, OEMs, contractors, and plant operations teams, prioritizing risk mitigation, compliance, and timely milestone delivery.

A Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management.
