As a Senior Consultant, you will provide technical excellence in project management, supporting clients in managing their projects efficiently. Your responsibilities will include project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. You will also be involved in strategy implementation and MIS reporting within infrastructure projects. A key aspect of this role involves understanding the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, with clear processes in tender and contracts, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

This role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring. A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is essential. A postgraduate degree or NICMAR qualification in Project Management or Construction Management is preferred. Essential skills include project management, planning, monitoring, scheduling (MSP & Primavera), budgeting, cost control, quantity surveying, strategy implementation, and MIS reporting in infrastructure projects. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Knowledge of project lifecycle, contract frameworks like FIDIC, delay analysis, EOT claims, and risk identification & management is expected. Experience with planning tools such as MS Projects and Primavera P6 is preferred, along with working knowledge of tools like Auto CAD, BIM, ERP, and data visualization platforms.
