Execute critical accounting close activities including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes. Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, and adjustments. Ensure adherence to accounting policies, IFRS/US GAAP, and internal control frameworks. Conduct balance sheet substantiation, general ledger (GL) reconciliations, and variance analysis. Address and resolve GL reconciling items promptly. Support audits by maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Analyze balance sheet movements and financial results, providing insightful commentary.

Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes. Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions. Participate in system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and process migrations. Contribute to digital finance initiatives, reporting optimization, and data governance projects.
