As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design and development of advanced Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions. This includes building RAG pipelines, implementing Agentic AI frameworks, and integrating AI models with enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade GenAI solutions that drive business value through intelligent automation and AI-driven decision-making. Your role will involve hands-on expertise in Python, API development, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in designing and developing AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). Expertise in RAG, Agentic AI, and Python is essential. Hands-on experience with models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama, and vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Milvus is required. Proficiency in frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel is necessary. Strong skills in prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and semantic search are crucial. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or LLMOps tools is advantageous.
