This role is for a Senior Consultant in Financial Services Business Consulting, specializing in Risk and Generative AI Engineering across India. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will design and develop advanced AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI. This includes building and deploying applications with models like GPT, Claude, or Gemini, and creating RAG pipelines with various vector databases.

You will implement Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen, demonstrating strong Python proficiency. Your role will involve API development, prompt engineering, managing embeddings, fine-tuning models, and performing semantic searches.

Integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications is key. Experience with cloud AI platforms like Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock is beneficial. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade GenAI solutions that drive business value through automation and intelligent decision-making will be central to your work.

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI-powered solution development. Essential technical skills include expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, API development, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and semantic search.

Candidates should have practical experience with models like GPT, Claude, or Gemini, and proficiency with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB) and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).

While not mandatory, experience with cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes will be a significant advantage.
