Our Business Consulting team within Financial Services Risk is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Process & Controls. You will be instrumental in helping clients manage risks, implement robust control frameworks, and achieve strategic objectives within the banking, insurance, and wealth management industries.

Drive technical excellence by leading internal audit processes, from planning and execution to issue tracking. Apply strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks across various business processes and operating models. Assess process designs, pinpoint control gaps and weaknesses, and recommend effective remediation actions. Evaluate business controls meticulously, documenting audit observations with precision and clarity. Leverage general consulting skills to support risk-focused engagements and drive process improvement initiatives for our clients.

A Bachelor of Commerce degree is required for this position. Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in internal audit processes, a solid understanding of risk and control frameworks, and proficiency in assessing process designs and control weaknesses.
