This Senior Consultant role is within our Financial Services (FS) Business Consulting Risk team, focusing on Process & Controls in Mumbai. The FS industry is crucial, underpinning finance, banking, insurance, and wealth management. In today's landscape, financial institutions navigate sweeping regulatory changes, digital transformation, and competitive disruption, demanding a delicate balance of innovation and trust.

As a Senior Consultant in FS Business Consulting Risk, you will leverage your expertise in internal audit, risk assessment, and controls testing within banking environments. You will evaluate business processes and control frameworks across corporate banking, trade finance, and treasury functions. Your role involves identifying control gaps, assessing risk exposure, and recommending process improvements to enhance client operations. You'll also contribute to understanding and managing risks within the financial sector through a transformative and agile approach, including process and procedures, risk and data analytics, and reporting.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience (3+ years) in Quality Assurance & Testing and Business Analysis. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) being advantageous.
