As a Senior Consultant, you will drive technical excellence in internal audit, risk assessment, and controls testing within banking environments. You will evaluate business processes and control frameworks across corporate banking, trade finance, and treasury functions. Key responsibilities include identifying control gaps, assessing risk exposure, and recommending practical process improvements. You'll leverage your solid understanding of financial services operations and risk/controls assignments to lead engagements, manage client deliverables, and ensure high-quality project execution.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in internal audit, risk assessment, and controls testing, ideally within banking. Proficiency in evaluating business processes and control frameworks, with hands-on experience in identifying control gaps and recommending improvements, is essential. A solid understanding of financial services operations and risk/controls assignments is required. The ability to lead engagements and manage client deliverables effectively is crucial.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), complemented by a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). You should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing and Business Analysis.
