This role is for a Senior Consultant within our Business Consulting Risk practice, specializing in Process & Controls for the Financial Services sector in Mumbai. You will be instrumental in helping financial institutions navigate complex regulatory changes, digital transformations, and emerging competitive landscapes.

You will lead engagements by applying strong experience in internal audit, risk assessment, and controls testing within banking environments. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes and control frameworks across corporate banking, trade finance, and treasury functions.

Key tasks involve identifying control gaps, assessing risk exposure, and recommending effective process improvements. You will leverage your solid understanding of financial services operations and risk/controls assignments to drive high-quality execution of consulting projects and manage client deliverables.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration, or a Master of Commerce or Master of Business Administration.

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing and Business Analysis. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
