As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage strong experience in internal audit, risk assessment, and controls testing within banking environments. Your responsibilities will include evaluating business processes and control frameworks across corporate banking, trade finance, and treasury functions. You will identify control gaps, assess risk exposure, and recommend effective process improvements. A solid understanding of financial services operations and risk/controls assignments is essential.

Key duties involve leading engagements, managing client deliverables, and driving high-quality execution of consulting projects. You will contribute to identifying and managing risks to ensure organizations can meet their future business strategies and objectives. This includes areas like Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, focusing on areas such as internal audit, compliance, internal controls, and risk/data analytics.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) being advantageous. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing and Business Analysis is required.
