Execute end-to-end internal audits, from planning through reporting, assessing control design and effectiveness. Develop a deep understanding of financial reporting processes, including balance sheet and P&L reviews, alongside financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis. Prepare insightful management reports, identify operational drivers, and collaborate with business functions. Manage engagements to meet quality, time, and cost objectives, contributing to business development and identifying process improvements. Assist with AI/Automation projects and ensure compliance with firm policies.

We seek qualified professionals holding certifications such as CA, CMA, CIA, or ACCA, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong communication abilities, and a solid grasp of financial planning, internal audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks like SOX, ICFR, ERM, and ORM. The ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems practically, and adapt creatively is highly valued. Experience with data analytics and GRC engagements is a plus.
