Drive technical excellence through strong expertise in internal audit practices, specifically identifying control gaps and assessing process effectiveness in insurance environments. Apply established risk management frameworks to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks across business processes. Support process and controls reviews by mapping risks to controls and validating both the design and operating effectiveness of controls. Execute consulting assignments with a focus on structured analysis, meticulous audit documentation, and clear issue articulation.

Demonstrate hands-on understanding of insurance risk and control functions. Apply internal audit methodologies effectively within regulated financial services settings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions, adhering strictly to commercial and legal requirements. To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
