This role is for a Senior Consultant in Financial Services Business Consulting, specializing in Risk and Process & Controls, based in Mumbai.

Take on technical excellence in internal audit, risk assessment, and controls testing within banking environments. Evaluate business processes and control frameworks across corporate banking, trade finance, and treasury functions. Identify control gaps, assess risk exposure, and recommend process improvements.

Demonstrate solid understanding of financial services operations and exposure to risk and controls assignments. Lead engagements, manage client deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution of consulting projects. Possess the ability to collaborate across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is also highly valued.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing and Business Analysis. You should possess practical problem-solving skills, the ability to deliver insightful solutions, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity.
