As a Senior Consultant in Process & Controls within EY Consulting, you will transform businesses through people, technology, and innovation. Your client-centric approach will focus on delivering long-term value by addressing strategic challenges. You will play a key role in helping clients identify and manage risks, ensuring their business strategy and objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include: - Demonstrating strong experience in internal audit, risk assessment, and controls testing within banking environments. - Evaluating business processes and control frameworks across corporate banking, trade finance, and treasury functions. - Identifying control gaps, assessing risk exposure, and recommending process improvements. - Possessing a solid understanding of financial services operations and risk & controls assignments. - Leading engagements, managing client deliverables, and ensuring high-quality execution of consulting projects.

To excel in this role, you must possess: - A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. - A Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is also desirable. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Testing. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
