This position is a key part of our Risk Consulting practice, emphasizing Financial Services Risk. We assist clients in identifying, managing, and monitoring risks within their business operations through advanced analytics, process improvements, and robust reporting mechanisms. Your contributions will directly impact client success in a dynamic financial environment.

Support comprehensive regulatory reporting submissions across key jurisdictions including PRA, EBA, ECB, Federal Reserve, MAS, and HKMA. This includes Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Leverage, Large Exposures, Pillar 2, Pillar 3, and Stress Testing.

Execute and manage the end-to-end reporting process, from data sourcing and reconciliation to validation checks, variance analysis, and submission readiness. Perform in-depth reviews, interpret policies, and validate operational implementation, focusing on data integrity and control effectiveness.

Strengthen the control framework by documenting and performing minimum control requirements, maintaining standard operating procedures, and driving the implementation of preventative and automated controls. Address and remediate outstanding risks and issues, ensuring proper logging and closure with supporting evidence.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and responses. Support regulatory change initiatives by interpreting new requirements, assessing impacts, and facilitating testing and implementation for reforms like Basel 3.

Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, identify opportunities for service improvement, and escalate critical reporting issues with clear impact assessments and proposed solutions.

Proven experience in Regulatory Reporting, process governance, controls, or remediation within the banking/financial services industry or a top-tier consulting firm is essential.

Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, explain variances, and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines. A robust controls mindset is crucial, ensuring effective implementation, documentation, and evidence suitable for audit and regulatory scrutiny.

Possess the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into tangible impacts on systems, data, and processes, leading to accurate reporting outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to simplify complex topics for a diverse, global audience.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and broader MS Office Suite is required. A relevant professional qualification such as CA/ICWA, an MBA in Finance, or an Engineering degree with significant Financial Services experience is highly valued.
