As a Senior Consultant, you will drive Technical Excellence in Risk & Compliance Transformation by supporting the assessment, design, and implementation of robust frameworks. You will work with clients to enhance monitoring, controls, reporting, and regulatory compliance processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.

You will also be involved in Business Analysis & Solution Delivery, gathering requirements, developing documentation, and performing assessments to identify transformation opportunities. Collaboration with technology teams for implementing workflow and risk management solutions, and leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making will be key.

Furthermore, you will explore AI & Emerging Technology use cases within risk and compliance, supporting the development of AI-enabled solutions and evaluating automation opportunities. Effective Stakeholder & Project Management, including supporting project governance and ensuring timely milestone delivery, is crucial for success.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is required. We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Risk Consulting, Compliance, Business Analysis, Technology Transformation, or within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

Demonstrated experience in regulatory, compliance, governance, risk, or transformation initiatives is essential. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are paramount.
