To excel in this position, candidates should possess a qualification such as CA, MBA, CFA, or be a Graduate. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Architect within the Banking industry is required. Preferred skills include expertise in Business Architecture, Target Operating Model (TOM) Design, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Capability Mapping, Process & Technology Transformation, Strategic Roadmap Definition, BFSI Transformation Experience, and Executive Stakeholder Management.
