As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in executing internal audit engagements from inception to completion, including planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting. Your role will involve identifying critical control gaps, process weaknesses, and compliance issues, alongside conducting thorough risk assessments. You will prepare comprehensive audit reports, articulate findings and recommendations, and manage audit workstreams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include interacting effectively with client stakeholders and presenting findings. You will also review the work of junior team members, providing essential guidance and mentorship. Supporting managers in engagement management and contributing to proposal development and internal initiatives are also integral parts of this role.

To thrive in this role, a professional qualification such as CA or MBA is required, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal Audit. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations.
