This role is part of a dynamic team that helps clients identify and manage the interplay between potential upsides and downsides. We focus on key areas such as Enterprise Risk and Resilience, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Internal Controls. Additionally, we assist clients in managing technology risks for sustainable growth and provide support to financial sector clients in identifying, managing, and monitoring business risks through transformative approaches.

Lead and execute internal audit, risk advisory, and process review engagements across diverse business functions. Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks, performing risk assessments and developing comprehensive audit plans.

Conduct detailed testing strategies, identify control gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. This includes performing walkthroughs, interviews, data analysis, and control testing for critical business processes like procurement, sales, finance, and IT.

Prepare high-quality audit workpapers, observations, and reports, clearly communicating risks, root causes, business impacts, and practical recommendations. Manage client relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive the timely closure of audit issues.

Mentor and supervise junior team members, review their work, and contribute to business development initiatives. Enhance audit methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to maintain EY's leading position.

A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential for this role. Candidates should possess relevant experience in Internal Audit.
