Lead and execute internal audit and process review engagements from initial scoping through final reporting, ensuring technical excellence. Develop a deep understanding of internal controls, assessing their design and operating effectiveness, identifying gaps, and recommending remediation actions. Apply solid grounding in risk management frameworks to effectively assess process risks and prioritize audit focus areas. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for comprehensive audit documentation, data analysis, and clear reporting. Monitor the quality and timeliness of team members' work, ensuring strict adherence to audit methodology and EY standards.
