As a Senior Consultant, you will execute internal audit, risk advisory, and controls assessment engagements across diverse industries. This involves developing a deep understanding of client business models, processes, and risks to deliver effective solutions. You will conduct process walkthroughs, risk assessments, control testing, and data analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality working papers, documenting processes, and developing risk and control matrices. You will also review policies and frameworks for compliance, collaborate effectively with engagement teams and clients, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical, Computer Science) or Bachelor of Commerce degree, complemented by a Master of Technology (Civil) or Master of Commerce, or be a Chartered Accountant. Experience in Internal Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and relevant technical areas, ranging from 0 to 2 years, is required.
