This position is a Senior Consultant role within the Business Consulting Risk team, based in Ahmedabad.

Execute internal audit, risk advisory, and controls assessment engagements across diverse business functions and industries. Develop a deep understanding of client business models, processes, and associated risks to ensure effective engagement delivery.

Conduct process walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing using EY's established methodology. Analyze financial, operational, and transactional data to identify trends, anomalies, control gaps, and areas for improvement.

Prepare comprehensive working papers, process documentation, risk and control matrices (RCMs), and client reports. Review policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for compliance with internal and external regulations. Collaborate effectively with engagement teams and clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong academic background including a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical or Computer Science), Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Technology (Civil), Master of Commerce, or be a Chartered Accountant.

Possess 0-2 years of experience in Internal Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), or other relevant technical areas. Ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements is essential.
