Leverage strong consulting acumen to support finance transformation initiatives, focusing on business processes and operating models. Analyze current finance functions to identify optimization and standardization opportunities. Contribute to target-state design, gap analysis, and implementation planning for finance transformation programs. Prepare structured business recommendations, presentations, and analytical outputs for client engagements. Apply general consulting methodologies to deliver practical, data-driven finance solutions. Provide end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional transformation experience, including the design, build, and deployment of O2C solutions.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance Transformation, specifically in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain, is required. Experience with O2C solutions such as Esker, SideTrade, or GetPaid is preferred, or a working knowledge as an end-user is acceptable. Strong analytical and solutioning skills are essential to understand client complexities and design relevant solutions using a combination of process and technology. The ideal candidate will act as a client expert, understanding their business functions and processes to communicate needs effectively to product teams.
