Lead end-to-end implementations of HighRadius solutions, including Autonomous Cash Application, Credit Management, Collections Management, Deductions Management, EIPP, and Treasury/Cash Forecasting modules. Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements. Configure HighRadius modules in alignment with client needs and best practices. Develop detailed solution design documents, functional specifications, and process flows. Assess existing Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes to identify areas for improvement. Provide strong consulting acumen to support finance transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization and standardization.

This role requires a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a HighRadius Implementation Consultant is essential. Candidates should possess strong consulting skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze current-state finance functions and design target-state solutions. Proficiency in preparing structured business recommendations, presentations, and analytical outputs is key. A practical, data-driven approach to solving complex finance challenges and delivering insightful solutions is highly valued. Experience with general consulting methodologies is expected.
