As a Supervisor in Procure to Pay (PTP), you will oversee end-to-end PTP delivery, managing invoice processing, payments, vendor queries, and exception resolution. You will lead and mentor a team, monitor service performance, and maintain effective controls.

Key responsibilities include supervising and training PTP Specialists, delegating tasks, and conducting performance reviews. You'll ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, T&E claims, purchase orders, and payment requests. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the PTP cycle is crucial.

You will ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud. The role also involves analyzing accounts payable reports, identifying trends, and providing timely, accurate information to management for decision-making. You will serve as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve the PTP system.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) being a plus. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes is required, including robust experience in financial analysis.

Strong knowledge of PTP processes, such as invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling, is essential. You must have experience supervising the delivery of PTP processes and managing vendor inquiries effectively. A commercially focused approach with a strong client service mindset is key.
