As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and supervise end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) delivery, encompassing invoice processing, payments, vendor inquiries, and exception resolution. You will monitor service performance, maintain effective controls, and analyze PTP reports to identify trends and support management decisions. Key responsibilities include team leadership, PTP process oversight, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, reporting and analysis, and resolving complex accounts payable issues.

You will also collaborate with IT and other departments to manage and improve the accounts payable system, participating in system upgrades and troubleshooting. A critical part of the role involves reviewing and approving vendor statement reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-8 years of dedicated experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A strong foundation in PTP operations, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling, is essential.

Candidates should possess experience in supervising PTP delivery and managing vendor relationships, including resolving supplier queries. The role demands self-motivation, a commercially focused client service approach, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Excellent organizational skills, with a strength in prioritization and a flexible attitude, are crucial for success.

Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
